GrieveWell seeks a new Executive Director!

GrieveWell seeks an energetic, motivated, and compassionate individual to lead the organization in its vision to build a community in which all individuals grieve well so that they can lead a full life after loss. Working closely with the Board and a small team of staff and volunteers, the Executive Director will oversee all operations of the organization with a focus on fundraising and development to build its funding base and ensure long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities include: provide organizational leadership and oversight; build and implement a fund development plan; design and implement a board development plan. Minimum Qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years experience in a nonprofit leadership position, 10-15 years preferred. Demonstrated success in nonprofit fundraising and board development. Excellent leadership and coordination skills. This position is offered at  a minimum of 50% FTE, but up to 100% will be considered. Salary is $65,000+/FTE commensurate with hours and experience. GrieveWell does not offer benefits other than required employment taxes.
